We execute to the agreed specification, keeping you informed at every stage with direct access to the project lead. No scope changes without your written agreement.
Once you have reviewed and formally accepted all deliverables, the invoice is raised. Not before. If work misses spec, we remedy it at no cost. On payment, all IP transfers to you.

What if the work doesn't meet the spec?
If deliverables do not meet the agreed written specification, Vexora will remedy them at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Who owns the work once it's delivered?
Upon full payment, all intellectual property created for the client transfers fully to the client. You own everything outright.
Can I cancel partway through?
If you cancel after work has commenced, a fair charge for work completed to date is agreed in writing. No penalty fees apply.
