Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are picked and dispatched the same working day. Anything later goes out the next one.
Everything ships tracked. Delivery is £4.95, or free once your order passes £50. The tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected.
For most addresses. Remote and outlying areas can take a day or two longer.
Send it back unused within 30 days and we refund the full order including the original delivery charge. Pet bedding should be returned clean and in its original packaging.
What people ask before starting.
When am I charged?
At checkout, by our payment provider, before the order is dispatched. If card payments are not yet switched on you will see a notice saying so, and nothing will be taken until we contact you.
How fast is delivery?
Dispatched the same working day if you order before 2pm, then two to three working days to most addresses.
What if something arrives faulty?
Email us with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return postage.
Who owns the work once it's delivered?
Upon full payment, all intellectual property created for the client transfers fully to the client. You own everything outright.
Can I cancel partway through?
If you cancel after work has commenced, a fair charge for work completed to date is agreed in writing. No penalty fees apply.
