1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Vexora Solutions Limited, registered in Hong Kong, company number 80916344, at Flat 2304, 23/F, Ho King Comm Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Contact: vexora-solutions@outlook.com.

2. Placing an Order

Completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock or was priced incorrectly — we will tell you and refund anything paid in full.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.

If card payments are not yet enabled, the checkout will say so plainly and will only record an order request. In that case no money is taken, no contract is formed, and we will contact you to arrange payment before anything is dispatched.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are on our Delivery page and are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Product Information

Specifications, dimensions and care instructions are those supplied with the product itself. Photographs are representative rather than exact, and where a product uses a natural material, small variations in grain, tone and marking between individual pieces are normal. If a particular detail matters to your purchase, ask us to confirm it before you order.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

8. Complaints

Email us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, section 9 sets out how a dispute is handled.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, and any contract of sale formed under them, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident outside Hong Kong, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws give you that right.
