1. Services
Vexora Solutions Ltd provides IT consulting, web development, and digital marketing services to UK businesses. All services are delivered under a written, fixed-price proposal agreed in advance.
2. Proposals
All work begins with a written, fixed-price proposal. No work commences without a signed or confirmed proposal. The proposal defines the exact scope, deliverables, timeline and total price. For fixed-price packages ordered through our website, the package description and price published on our Pricing page at the time of order serve as the proposal.
3. Payment
For proposal-based engagements, invoices are raised upon client acceptance of completed deliverables only and no deposits are required. Fixed-price packages ordered through our website are paid in full by card at the time of order, and work is scheduled once payment is received. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices and invoices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Invoices and packages can be paid by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card through our secure online payment page; card payments are processed by Rapyd and we do not receive or store your card details.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property created for the client transfers fully to the client. Until payment is received in full, all IP remains the property of Vexora Solutions Ltd.
5. Confidentiality
Vexora treats all client information as strictly confidential and does not share it with third parties unless required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.
6. Revisions
Revision scope is defined in each proposal. Out-of-scope revisions are quoted separately and require written agreement before work commences.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vexora Solutions Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
