Refund Policy

Zero deposits, payment on completion, and fair cancellation terms.

1. Our No-Deposit Commitment

            Zero Deposits. Payment on Acceptance.
            Vexora does not charge upfront deposits or retainers. Payment is only due after all agreed deliverables have been completed and formally accepted by the client. This is a founding principle of how we operate.
          

2. Quality Guarantee

Every engagement is delivered against a written, agreed specification. If any deliverable does not meet the agreed specification:

You must raise the issue in writing within 14 days of delivery
Vexora will review the concern and respond within 5 business days
Where the concern is valid, we will remedy the deliverable at no additional cost
We stand behind the quality of every consulting engagement we deliver

3. Cancellation Before Completion

3.1 If you cancel an engagement before work has commenced, no charge applies and no invoice will be raised.

3.2 If you cancel after work has commenced, a fair charge for work completed to date will be calculated and agreed in writing between both parties, based on the proportion of work delivered against the total agreed scope.

3.3 No penalty fees or cancellation surcharges apply. We aim to resolve all cancellations fairly and professionally.

4. Disputes

4.1 Any dispute regarding the quality, completeness, or scope of deliverables must be raised in writing to andy@vexora-solutions.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

4.2 We commit to acknowledging all disputes within 2 business days and resolving them within 14 business days of receipt.

4.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

5. Refund Processing

In the event a refund is agreed in writing, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the refund amount and timeline in writing before processing.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
